Follow these steps to reprint a shipping label for the current day:

• Go to "Ship & Track"
• Choose "Reprint Shipment Documents"
• Enter the Tracking Number/PIN you would like to reprint or choose "List All" from "Shipping Documents"
• Click on the printer icon on the left-hand side of the document type

ESO shipping labels can only be cancelled the same day the shipping label is created/dated for, and the shipping label would need to be cancelled before midnight (12 a.m.) EST of that day. To cancel a shipment follow these steps:

• Go to "Ship & Track"
• Choose "Cancel a Shipment"
• Select the shipment that needs to be cancelled
• Click on "Cancel"  

When the shipment is cancelled you will see the cancellation details on your screen.

To schedule a pickup, please login or register online and select Schedule a Pickup. You can also access support on our Contact Us page.

Follow these steps to schedule a pickup online without creating a shipment:

• Go to "Ship & Track"
• Select "Schedule a Pickup"
• Confirm the Pickup Address, Location, Date and Times
• Fill in Pieces, Weight and Service
• Click on "Show" if supplies are required for the pickup
• Click on "Submit pickup request"

To modify or cancel a pickup, login. Under "My Account", please select "Pickups" found under "Recent Activity". Enter the date of the pickup request you would like to cancel or modify. You can also access support on our Contact Us page.

You can drop it off at one of our shipping locations. If you already have an online account, log in and choose "Schedule a Pickup". You can also access support on our Contact Us page.
